Global School Leaders’ Consortium (GSLC)

A Global community of 13000 plus school leaders started to facilitate the synergy of ideas among the schools across the boards, for Excellence in Education. In the realm of education, the concept of Ikigai, derived from Japanese philosophy, offers valuable insights into personal and academic development.

Ikigai expresses Passion, Purpose, Profession, Mission, and Vision on the landscape of futuristic education. Where AI is not only Artificial Intelligence it is Acquired Intelligence, VR is not only Virtual Reality it is Vocational Restructuring and Mindfulness is not just in the mind but in all the elements of the learning process as the Future isn’t digitization alone, it is the essence of Being Human and embracing Innovation, Automation, and Augmentation.
